Akindele David Akintimoye, Attorney at law, Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS), Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist (CBLS), is the founder and owner of the Family & Bankruptcy Attorney Inc. His law office has served clients in the Inland Empire of California for over 22 years. His law office handles legal matters involving Family law, bankruptcy law and unlawful detainer actions with dexterity and proficiency that have brought satisfactory results to his clients since the inception of the law firm. David Akintimoye holds a bachelor’ degree in law (LL.B) from the University of Benin, Nigeria (1992), and a master’s degree in law (LL.M.) from Taft Law School, Orange County, California, USA (2012). He was admitted to practice law in Nigeria, England and Wales (as a solicitor), and as an Attorney at law in the State of California, USA in June 2003. The State Bar of California has certified him as a Legal Specialist in both Family and Bankruptcy Laws after meeting rigorous and very demanding requirements. By virtue of his certifications, he has become one of the top 10% family and bankruptcy attorneys in the State of California.
A. David Akintimoye has successfully represented over 1500 clients in various state and federal courts in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties in cases involving family, bankruptcy, real estate and unlawful detainer laws. He has been recognized in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in America. He has won many appeals for his clients in federal and state courts. His business hours are Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 5:00 p.m.; but there is no guarantee that the attorney will be able to meet with walk-in clients during the period.
