About Us

  Akindele David Akintimoye is the founder and the owner of the Family & Bankruptcy Attorney Inc. He has been serving clients in the Inland Empire of California for more than two decades. He has been representing clients in cases involving family and bankruptcy laws and other cases of interest with dexterity and proficiency that have brought satisfactory results to his numerous clients. A. David Akintimoye is always looking out for the success and satisfaction of his clients within the ambits of the law. He holds a bachelor's and master's degrees in law. He is a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the State Bar of California. By virtue of his certification, he is one of the top 10% bankruptcy attorneys in the field of bankruptcy law in the State of California. David Akintimoye has successfully represented over 1200 clients in family, bankruptcy and other interesting cases in various state and federal courts in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles and other Counties in California. He has been recognized in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in America. He devotes about 40% of his practice to family law, 40% to bankruptcy law, and 20% to other cases of interest.  He has won seven appeals before various appellate courts including the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the 9th Circuit, California Court of Appeals, and three cases in the Appellate Division of the Riverside County Superior Court, one in the Appellate Division of the San Bernardino Superior Court. 

The appellate cases included but are not limited to:

(i) Mario V. Martinez v. Kenneth House, case No. ACIAS1700065 (03/25/2019. 

(ii) Miranda v. Bank of America NA et al, BAP No. CC-19-1206--LGS, BAP filed the Opinion on May 7, 2020.

(iii) Mildred Hudspeth v. U.S. Bank, California Court of Appeals, 4th District, Division 2. (Case number E071353, filed on January 10, 2020).

(iv) Wendy Jacqueline Fierro vs. Lourdes Stone, California Court of Appeal. (Case No. APRI2100232, filed on 07/19/2022).

(v) Superior Ready Mix Concrete LP v. Pablo Franco & Fabiola Franco. (Case No APRI2400032, opinion filed on September 23rd, 2024).

There are two other unlisted cases that he won on appeal. David is happily married with children.
